Old Core Sound Guide Service has a
two week notice of cancellation policy. If you have to cancel with two
weeks or less notice, I will make every effort to rebook the day,
however, you will forfeit your deposit if I am unable to re-schedule
another charter for that day. Cancellations made with more than two
weeks notice will receive a full refund.
In the event of inclement weather
(rain or wind) I would re-schedule your trip or refund your deposit.
The captain will make all decisions for cancellations at the time of the
trip based on actual weather conditions. Many times weather forecasts
are not accurate or can be off by 8 hours or so in the case of an
approaching front.
If you buy a fishing trip-that trip
is good for 1 year from the purchase date.
Book early to ensure availability of
the best dates. It is always better to fish on weekdays as
opposed to weekends if possible!
